We had a roof damage and thought the equipment that the roofing company brought in dried the wood floors out. However we detected a mildew smell and called Puddles Restoration immediately. They were here quickly after we called to assess the issue. The tech was very knowledgeable and did a very thorough check and determined that there was indeed mold and the wood flooring was still wet. He cordoned off the infected area, set up heat, humidifiers and air scrubbers immediately! He let the equipment run and returned once all the contaminated flooring had been removed to verify the concrete was dry and safe and as a further final precaution, treated the area with a anti microbial spray and fog. We would highly recommend Puddles Restoration to everyone as their staff are very knowledgeable and professional and helped us through this stressful time. We appreciated how quickly they responded to our needs. The senior and veteran discounts were an extra bonus to an already good price!

During a recent winter freeze, our outdoor irrigation backflow preventer burst, sending a "geyser" of water into our home for several hours while we were away. The resulting damage was extensive, but PUDDLES Restoration stepped in and handled everything with incredible professionalism. Our primary concern was the immediate removal of wet drywall and insulation to prevent mold growth. The PUDDLES team arrived promptly with advanced diagnostic tools and got to work right away. As a mother of an infant with a second baby on the way, I was especially grateful for how much care and consideration they showed my family during the process. With the winter freeze, our irrigation system backflow preventer outside our exterior wall froze and broke. The amount of water that came out the pipes was a geyser amount and it was unnoticed for several hours as we were not home when the backflow preventer broke, causing water to intrude into our house and causing water damage. From the start to the end of restoration, we were very pleased with the promptness, services, communication and honesty of the team at PUDDLES. Our concern was immediate removal of any damaged drywall and insulation to prevent mold and to have any saturated areas to begin drying to avoid spread of damage and mold. The PUDDLES team did just that and came equipped with advanced and professional tools to diagnose and treat the areas of our house. We were very pleased with the quality and level of work and the attention to details and all concerns. My wife is expecting and we have a toddler and the PUDDLES team took great care with consideration of my family. The folks at Puddles are top notch – extremely knowledgeable, professional, compassionate and highly respectful of our space. For example, they had to remove the cabinets to get to the wet drywall from behind lower kitchen cabinets, and they were VERY careful to keep the granite countertop and backsplash in place – even going so far as to build a support structure using 2 x 4s! That saved us a lot of money and headache moving forward. Likewise, as they removed more cabinets, they were careful to save all of the doors and drawers and hardware they could, and where the cabinet boxes could not be saved, they showed us why. They were excellent at keeping us informed – in person and also with photos – of what they were finding during the entire process. Each day they left our space as clean as possible. In summary, Puddles knows the restoration business inside and out, they are honest and caring in what has been a very tough flood situation, and I highly recommend them without hesitation.

Discovered a leak day before Thanksgiving. Fast response, sent tech out immediately to assess situation. Conferenced on Thanksgiving morning and thoroughly explained the process. Contained the affected areas while cleaning to minimize disruption and potential contamination. Quick responses to questions throughout the process. Detailed status reports during each phase. Extremely knowledgable and careful team, both on-site at main office. Would use them again, but hope we never have the need.

Puddles Restoration was fantastic. So helpful on one of the worst days a business can have. Walked in Friday to find that a water line had burst overnight. The water was everywhere! Puddles Restoration was on site within an hour of calling and went right to work setting up drying equipment and removing the wet flooring to dry the concrete and walls. Franklyn was very professional and worked very hard to limit the damage from spreading. He worked late into the evening to get the drying going as fast as possible. All their equipment was clean and they knew clearly knew their business I wish I could add more stars to my review because they deserve them! I would definitely recommend them to anyone experiencing a flooded building or any other clean up needs!

The technician Manny came out to handle our water damage was extremely professional and clearly took pride in his work. From the drywall cuts to the carpet removal, every affected area was left neat, organized, and clean. Even in the middle of the mess, he kept the workspace tidy and made sure we understood what he was doing. You can tell this team really cares about doing the job right. Five stars without hesitation!

EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION!! We had a major flood from an upstairs sink that ended up pouring down into the garage, and LT was incredible from the very first call. She answered the phone after hours and immediately walked us through what to expect. Throughout the entire process, she kept us updated at every step so there were never any surprises. Any time we had a question, she was easy to get in touch with and always responded quickly. Her communication alone made a stressful situation so much easier. Highly recommend!
