PUDDLES RESTORATION IS AN IICRC TRIPLE MASTER
An IICRC Triple Master is a rare and elite status achieved by earning all three Master designations from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification(“IICRC”):
1) Master Water Restorer (“MWR”),
2) Master Fire and Smoke Restorer (“MSR”), and
3) Master Textile Cleaner (“MTC”).
The IICRC is a global organization with 54,028 active Certified Technicians and more than 6,500 Certified Firms worldwide. As of 9/15/2026, only 971 of the 54,028 active Certified Technicians (less than 1.8% globally) hold the Triple Master designation, which requires years of documented field experience and numerous prerequisite courses. The IICRC's Logistics Manager of Operations, Max Sparks, confirmed the numbers via email on September 15, 2026.

How Does This Benefit You?
Continuing education benefits clients (i.e., you) by positioning PUDDLES to deliver up-to-date, safe, and effective services while bridging gaps between basic training and real-world, complex situations.
Safer Practices
Continuing education reduces the risk of costly mistakes or outdated practices. For example:
On July 30, 2025, our team abruptly stopped work on this project in Ocala, FL, because we determined it was too hot. We based our decision on what we learned during our IICRC Health and Safety Technician (HST) training.
While working on that project in Summer 2025, a contractor from another company suffered heat exhaustion, and EMS was called.
Similarly, on August 11, 2026, while performing an inspection for this project in Summerfield, FL, a contractor from another company suffered severe heat exhaustion while working on the property and required medical (EMS) attention.
Fortunately, we knew what to do and stayed to help stabilize the person until EMS arrived. We then debriefed EMS because the contractor had difficulty speaking.
New Solutions
Continuing education introduces modern research, tools, and evidence-based treatments that solve problems more efficiently.
This enhanced knowledge has been a double-edged sword.

As our proficiency has increased (achieving the same results in less time), we have received feedback similar to the following:
“Why does it cost so much when it only took you so little time? It should have taken longer!”
Response: The ongoing investments we make to train our technicians through continuing education, along with our investments in quality commercial equipment, allow PUDDLES to achieve the same results for your home and/or business in less time. Yes, it would take the average run-of-the-mill restoration company longer because most of them are undertrained and undereducated.
Personalized Service
Continuing education helps professionals formulate plans to each client’s unique traits or complex conditions.
For example, the objective of any mold remediation is always the same, but how you achieve it can vary greatly depending on the facts and circumstances of each project.

As a result, each client feels we truly care about their specific issue, and small tokens of appreciation, such as this https://www.facebook.com/share/p/19EF3cW5dy/ , have great value to our company’s culture.
Requirements for the Three Master Tracks
Achieving Triple Master status means completing overlapping tiers of specialized technical courses and prerequisite Journeyman phases over at least three years, combining classroom learning and certification with real hands-on work.
Achieving any IICRC Master status is rare, and becoming an IICRC Triple Master is even more so. It is the highest technical certification globally in the cleaning and restoration industry.
